- Measure 1 cup of olive oil and transfer it to a food storage container (preferably with a lid).
- Add all the spices and crushed garlic to the oil and mix well.
- Ensure the spices and garlic are submerged in the oil and store the container with an airtight lid.
- Before using, give it a good stir to blend in the sediments.
Notes
To ensure freshness, store the dipping oil in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. The oil does not freeze well as it can alter the texture and flavor.
