Ingredients
  

For the dipping oil
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil (cold extracted)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (ground)
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 8 cloves fresh garlic (crushed)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Measure 1 cup of olive oil and transfer it to a food storage container (preferably with a lid).
  2. Add all the spices and crushed garlic to the oil and mix well.
  3. Ensure the spices and garlic are submerged in the oil and store the container with an airtight lid.
  4. Before using, give it a good stir to blend in the sediments.

Notes

To ensure freshness, store the dipping oil in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. The oil does not freeze well as it can alter the texture and flavor.
