Method
Preparing the hot chocolate
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the milk.
- Once the milk is warm and bubbles start to form around the edges, stir in both types of chocolate chips.
- Whisk constantly until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vodka.
- Divide the hot chocolate mixture between two mugs.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top as desired.
Notes
Boozy Zebra Hot Chocolate is best enjoyed fresh, but any leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat gently before serving.
