Preparation
- In a small microwavable bowl, put the chopped dark chocolate. Microwave it for 30 seconds, then take it out and stir. Repeat this process until the chocolate is melted completely.
- In a medium saucepan, add the whole milk and heavy cream. Turn the heat to medium and warm the mixture. Make sure it’s hot but do not let it boil.
- Once the milk and cream are warm, whisk in the melted chocolate. Then add the vodka and the chili chocolate Kahlua. Stir well until everything is mixed together nicely.
Serving
- Pour the hot chocolate into the two large glasses. Top each glass with whipped cream and sprinkle a little chili powder on top for extra flavor.

Notes
Boozy Chili Hot Chocolate is best served warm. You can enjoy it as is or with fun garnishes like cinnamon or chocolate shavings. Also, it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 3 days.
