For the Classic
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Pour the blue curacao syrup and alcohol-free vodka (or alternative) into your glass.
- Slowly top with lemonade.
- Stir gently, garnish and serve.
For the Better For You
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- Place blue spirulina in your glass, then add the alcohol-free vodka (or alternative) and lemonade.
- Stir gently. If the drink foams up, scoop out the foam.
- Garnish and serve.
For a Pitcher
- Multiply the ingredients by the number of servings and stir gently in a large pitcher.
- Add ice at the last minute to keep the drink bright and cold.
Notes
Store any leftover base (syrup and lemonade mix without ice) in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Do not freeze a glass with spirulina or carbonated parts. You can freeze portions of lemonade in ice trays for later use. Serve with options like mixed nuts or Greek yogurt to add protein.
