Pizza Base
  • 1 14-ounce prebaked pizza crust
Toppings
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, or as needed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzling them with olive oil and sprinkling salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the asparagus in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the prebaked pizza crust.
Cooking
  1. Distribute the roasted asparagus pieces and crumbled blue cheese evenly over the pizza.
  2. Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling, approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For freezing, wrap slices in plastic wrap followed by aluminum foil, lasting up to two months.
