Brewing
- Grind the coffee using a medium grind, about the texture of sand.
- Add 40 grams of hot water to the grounds and let it sit for 30 to 40 seconds to bloom.
- Slowly add the remaining water over 2 to 3 minutes, ensuring a steady pour.
- Stir the brewed coffee gently and taste it. Adjust strength by adding hot water or modifying the coffee-to-water ratio in the future.
- Stir in your choice of milk and sweetener. Sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon if desired.
Notes
For a rich body, use a 50/50 mix of milk and coffee for a latte-style drink. Use filtered water if tap water has an off taste. Preheat your mug to keep your coffee warm longer.
