Preparation
- Brew coffee using your preferred method until it's nice and hot.
- Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and melt it in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Dip the rim of mugs into the melted chocolate and then shake some sprinkles onto the wet chocolate. Scoop remaining melted chocolate into the bottoms of each mug.
- Pour the brewed coffee into the mugs, filling each one about 3/4 full, and stir to mix the chocolate at the bottom.
- Add 1 oz of peppermint schnapps and 1/2 oz of Kahlua to each mug and stir well to combine.
- Pour in milk to taste and finish with a generous swirl of whipped cream, garnishing with extra sprinkles.
- Serve warm and enjoy the festive flavors!
Notes
Consider offering a non-alcoholic option by omitting the schnapps and Kahlua. Also, serve with holiday treats or create a coffee bar for customization.
