Preparation
- Start by washing your mixed berries. If you are using whole strawberries, slice them into smaller pieces. Peel the ripe banana.
Blending
- In your blender, add the mixed berries, banana, coconut milk, and chia seeds. Blend everything together until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency. Blend again for a few more seconds.
Serving
- Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a bowl.
- Add your favorite toppings on top of the smoothie.

Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For freezing, pour into a freezer-safe container and let thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to eat.
