Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) Wash and slice if using whole strawberries
  • 1 piece ripe banana Peel before blending
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice) Use as per preference
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds No need to soak, can be blended directly
Toppings
  • more berries, sliced banana, coconut flakes, nuts, or seeds Add according to personal preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by washing your mixed berries. If you are using whole strawberries, slice them into smaller pieces. Peel the ripe banana.
Blending
  1. In your blender, add the mixed berries, banana, coconut milk, and chia seeds. Blend everything together until smooth. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency. Blend again for a few more seconds.
Serving
  1. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a bowl.
  2. Add your favorite toppings on top of the smoothie.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For freezing, pour into a freezer-safe container and let thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to eat.
