- In a blender, combine the ripe banana, brewed coffee, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- Add ice cubes based on your preferred thickness.

Notes
Store leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, or freeze in an ice cube tray for later use. Blend again with a little coffee or milk to restore creaminess. Great for breakfast or as a post-workout snack.
