Ingredients

For the sliders
  • 24 pieces mini sandwich rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
  • 1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
For the sauce
  • 0.75 cup melted butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried minced onion until well combined.
  3. Separate the tops from the bottoms of the rolls; arrange the bottom pieces in a layer in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Layer about half of the ham onto the rolls, add a layer of Swiss cheese, and then top with the remaining ham.
  5. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches and pour the mustard mixture evenly over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.

Notes

These sliders store well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days, or you can freeze them unbaked for later use.
