  • 1 double shot double shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee Use strong brewed coffee for a non-espresso option.
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice Any milk can work, including dairy and non-dairy.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon For a more intense flavor, add a bit more.
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom Use fresh ground for better flavor.
  • pinch salt Just a pinch to enhance flavors.
  • splash vanilla A tiny splash for added warmth.
Gingerbread Mocha
  • 1 double shot double shot espresso or 1/2 cup hot strong coffee Strong coffee preferred for best taste.
  • 1 cup milk of choice Any milk can work.
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons cocoa powder Adjust based on desired chocolate intensity.
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons gingerbread syrup Use homemade or store-bought.
  • pinch nutmeg and cinnamon Add more if you like spices.
  • optional whipped cream for topping For a festive touch.
Orange Clove Cold Brew
  • 3/4 cup cold brew concentrate Homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/2 cup cold water or milk Choose according to your preference.
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons simple syrup or honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 strip orange zest Fresh zest is best for flavor.
  • 1 whole clove and a tiny pinch of ground allspice Adjust to your liking.

Method
 

Cozy Cinnamon Cardamom Latte
  1. Warm milk with cinnamon, cardamom, syrup, salt, and vanilla until steamy. Do not boil.
  2. Whisk or froth until fluffy and smooth.
  3. Pour over your espresso or coffee. Taste and adjust sweetness. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Gingerbread Mocha at Home
  1. Whisk cocoa into warm milk until smooth. Add gingerbread syrup and spices.
  2. Pour over espresso. Stir gently and finish with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
Orange Clove Cold Brew
  1. In a glass, muddle the orange zest lightly with the clove to release oils.
  2. Add cold brew, water or milk, and sweetener. Stir.
  3. Strain out the clove if you like, add ice, and sip.
