  • 1 cup ice For blending
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee Preferably cold
  • ½ cup oat milk Can substitute with other milk types
  • 3 tbsp apple brown sugar syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum Optional thickening agent
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce For drizzling and additional flavor
  • 1 tbsp apple brown sugar syrup For spiced drizzle
  • to taste whipped cream Optional for garnish

Method
 

Preparing the Spiced Apple Drizzle
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the caramel sauce and 1 tablespoon of apple brown sugar syrup until well combined and set aside.
Making the Frappuccino
  1. In a high-speed blender, add the ice, cold brew coffee, oat milk, 3 tablespoons of apple brown sugar syrup, and xanthan gum.
  2. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serving the Frappuccino
  1. Pour the frappuccino into a tall glass.
  2. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with the spiced apple drizzle if desired.
  3. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

For the best taste, consume the frappuccino fresh. If storing, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator and re-blend before serving.
