Preparation
- Measure 100 ml of apple juice and pour it into a large glass.
- Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the apple juice.
- Slowly pour in 200 ml of ginger beer.
- Add 1 tablespoon of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
- Stir gently to mix all the flavors, and enjoy!
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one day but freezing is not recommended.
