Main ingredients
  • 100 ml apple juice Use 100% juice for the best flavor.
  • 200 ml ginger beer Ginger beer adds a spicy kick.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Adds tanginess.
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary For garnish and aroma.
  • 1 tbsp crushed ice To keep the drink cool.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Measure 100 ml of apple juice and pour it into a large glass.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the apple juice.
  3. Slowly pour in 200 ml of ginger beer.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
  6. Stir gently to mix all the flavors, and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one day but freezing is not recommended.
