- Place all ingredients, banana, almond butter, oat milk, espresso, and protein powder (if using), into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding honey or sweetener if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
If your blender isn’t powerful, slice the banana thinner to avoid it getting stuck. Consider freezing oat milk in ice cube trays if you want an extra cold shake without using regular ice.
