Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- After cooking, transfer them to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover deviled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Deviled eggs don't freeze well, so it's best to enjoy them fresh. For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Add cooked bacon or diced avocado for a high-protein variation.
