  • 6 large large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. After cooking, transfer them to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  6. Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  7. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  8. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
  9. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover deviled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Deviled eggs don't freeze well, so it's best to enjoy them fresh. For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Add cooked bacon or diced avocado for a high-protein variation.
