- Start by cutting the oranges in half and extract the juice using a juicer. Pour the juice into a mixing jug or glass.
- Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel them, and chop them into smaller pieces if needed. Juice the chopped carrots and add the carrot juice to the orange juice in the mixing jug.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from half into the jug, straining to remove seeds if desired.
- Gently stir the juices in the jug to combine all flavors.
- Pour the fresh juice over ice and enjoy!
Notes
Best served fresh. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Freeze leftovers in an ice cube tray for future use.
